Surgery

We perform a wide range of major and minor surgical procedures in eight different species. These include dental surgery, desexing, caesareans, orthopaedic surgery (such as cruciate ligament and bone fracture repair), abdominal surgery, tumour removal, lacerations, eye surgery, wound repair and more.

To reduce the risk of complications and improve recovery, we perform pre-anaesthetic blood analysis to fully assess your pet’s health prior to surgery. We use modern anaesthetic machines and agents, fluid therapy and monitor vital signs such as heart rate, respiration, oxygen saturation and temperature.

We also offer referrals to specialists for more complex surgical procedures such as neurosurgery and ophthalmic procedures.
